What Eddytor is, the problem it solves, and how it plugs into your Azure infrastructure.
The classic data problem where a non-technical business user needs to maintain and edit manually managed data, such as master data of products, mappings between systems, or other tables and lists of data that do not exist in the organization's current IT systems. This input is usually a requirement in order for the data engineers and analytics platform developers to be able to deliver high quality reports and analytics solutions to the business.
We were frustrated by the lack of a simpler master data tool. We felt there was a need for a tool that users could get started with quickly, which includes only the essential master data features, making them easy and straightforward to execute.
Eddytor is a simple web application available at app.eddytor.com. From the app, you can edit and modify Databricks tables or Microsoft Fabric tables stored in your own cloud. Eddytor is not yet another cloud addition to your IT landscape but rather a tool that interacts with your existing Azure infrastructure. You own your data and have full control.
