Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Eddytor (“the Service”), provided by Eddytor ApS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Eddytor is a Master Data Management platform that enables users to connect cloud storage, create and manage Delta Lake tables, enforce data quality, and collaborate with team members.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others.

4. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you store through Eddytor. We do not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service. Your storage credentials are encrypted at rest and never logged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer any part of the Service

6. Pricing & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may request deletion of all your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eddytor ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
